Payment Terms

All digital assessments and protocols must be settled at the point of booking via our secure gateway to finalize the laboratory slot.

Verified Transaction System

Cancellations

Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows for digital intakes result in a full session fee forfeiture due to the specialized preparation required.

Ownership & Use

Analytical Propriety

All metabolic roadmaps, performance fueling protocols, and custom dietary syntheses provided by Nutricionista Bern remain the intellectual property of the consultancy.

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use these documents for their own health journey. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial resale of methodology reports is strictly prohibited.

The technology used for online consultations is professional-grade and encrypted. Users are prohibited from recording sessions without explicit written consent from the practitioner.

System interference, scraping of clinical data, or unauthorized access to our booking portal may lead to legal action in accordance with Swiss digital commerce laws.
